Everything you submit is encrypted, stored on UK infrastructure, and completely out of your employer's reach, legally and technically. Under UK GDPR you can export or delete your data whenever you want. We won't make that difficult.

Nurudeen built SafeGuard Workers alone. The backend, the AI layer, the frontend, the cloud infrastructure. Every line of it. Not because he had a team, but because he saw something that was genuinely hurting people and decided to do something about it.

He has an MSc in Mechanical Engineering and he's completing an AI/ML Executive Education programme. What that means practically: he brings serious engineering thinking to problems that are deeply human. Working out how a machine should understand the nuance of workplace abuse is not just a technical challenge. It matters.

SAAN-HUB Solutions Ltd is the company he founded, incorporated in Newport, Wales in September 2024. It also runs as an AI/ML consultancy helping other organisations build with data and technology. That commercial side is part of what funds the free worker platform.

Before SafeGuard Workers, he placed Top 10 nationally at the Rolls-Royce coding challenge, spoke at Wales Tech Week, and spent time as a STEM Ambassador and AbilityNet volunteer. Recognition is nice, but what actually drives him is simple: people who have been wronged at work should have somewhere to go.

How we got here

2023

Where the idea started

Nurudeen placed Top 10 at the national Rolls-Royce coding challenge and spoke at Wales Tech Week. He was already asking questions about who technology actually serves and who it leaves out. Those questions started becoming something concrete.

Sep 2024

SAAN-HUB Solutions Ltd is founded

Registered in Newport, Wales, Companies House No. 15948744. The legal and commercial foundation is in place. Now it's time to build.

2024 to 2025

Built entirely by one person

Backend. AI layer. Frontend. Cloud deployment. One engineer, working through all of it alone across Supabase, Google Cloud, and Vercel. No co-founder. No funding round. Just the work.

2025

Live in the UK

SafeGuard Workers goes live. Real workers. Real incidents. Not a demo. A production platform that people are actually using when they need it most.

A team, real partnerships, what's next

A cross-functional team is assembled. Union partnerships are forming. AI agent infrastructure is in development. The mission is the same. The ability to deliver on it is growing.
